Frequently Asked Questions

1.) What is your return policy? At the House Number Shop we have a 60 day return period. If you would like to return an item, please call or email us prior to mailing the item back so that we can note it in your order. For ALL custom address signs there is a 50 percent restocking fee because these items can not be resold.

2.) Can I change or cancel my order after I place it? Any order cancellation of custom manufactured items must be made within 24 hours of placing an order, or a 50 percent cancellation fee will apply. We start manufacturing custom made items after 24 hours.

3.) How long will it take to receive my order? If you order an address sign the delivery time is 2 to 4 weeks. for just numbers delivery time is 5 to 8 business days.

4.) Can I track my order? Most of the time between the delivery date and order date is manufacturing time. We don't get a tracking number until a few days before your package makes its way to you. Often the manufacturing process takes a full 2 weeks and we don't have tracking information during that period. If it has been two weeks be sure to give us a call and we can get tracking information.
